Take Charge of Your Life! Motivation Unlimited as Real People Share Their Stories With your host Jo Condrill |
||
Dare to pursue your dreams. You CAN bring them to life! Need more money? Need more confidence? It's easy to learn from other people. Interviews, roundtable discussions, and seminar segments will show you how other people have overcome obstacles, and how they not only survived, but thrived. You will hear amazing stories from the lives of real people. Listen as Ricky Flores, who grew up in public housing, tells how he turned his life around by making a decision when he was in ninth grade. Ricky went on to earn a Masters Degree. In 2006 he took a middle school band of 11 to 14 year-olds to national honors. The school is in the inner city and 99% of the students are from families who are economically disadvantaged. You won't believe the music you will hear them make in the segments included with this interview! Listen to John Register, a former soldier who lost a leg due to an accident during a sporting event. John was an award-winning sportsman headed for the Olympic Game trials when the accident occurred. You will hear John tell how his wife, Alice, picked him up out of despair with one sentence, "We'll get through this together." John went on to win a Silver Medal in the Paralympic Games in Sydney, Australia, and set a world record at the same time. Listen to Malcolm Beck, a renown naturalist, tell how we are killing ourselves by destroying the soil we depend on--and how each one of us can help turn things around. Laugh with Geir Ness as he tells of his debut in Beverly Hills wearing a flea-infested, $5 suit coat. Geir is the creator of the first perfume from Norway, Laila. He is very successful now, and he has a whole line of products that includes fragrance for men. If there is someone you would recommend for interview, please let me know. Call 214-615-6505 extension 5392 and leave a message including name, location, and phone number. I welcome guests of all ages from all over the world. |
